South African Hunter Field Target Championship 2023
will be held at Leeuwenkloof , Gauteng (accommodation via Zelna van Tonder)
hosted by Wonderboom Field Target Club
on 14 & 15 January 2023

History to repeat itself where the second Protea team will be chosen to represent South Africa at
World Hunter Field Target Organization Championship
6-7 May 2023 in Yorkshire, UK

Where: Leeuwenkloof, Gauteng
Entry Form: 2023 Nationals entry form
Entries close: 31 December 2022 (EFT details will be emailed to entry address) (No late entries)
Entry Fee: R350 (This includes 2 socials + meals) (R120 per non shooter for both socials + meals)
Entries limited to 80 Competitors: Preference will be given to competitors who qualify as per SAHFTA rules
(Only shooters who have at least 6 league shoots and above 60% average during the 2022 / 2023  season in the
entered class will be eligible for placement in categories.
The minimum qualification standard for the national team is an average of 80% or more on the national trials log,
and at least 1 contributing score must be achieved at a provincial championship.)

6:00am Setup of range & site-in range
7:00am Briefing (Mandatory to all competitors)
7:15am Site-in range open
9:00am Safety Briefing & group allocation
9:30am First leg of National championship 2023
1:30pm After first leg is complete all competitors are requested to assemble at social venue
Lunch will be served

Sunday:

6:00am Setup of range & site-in range
7:00am Site-in range open
9:00am Safety Briefing & group allocation
9:30am Second leg of National championship 2023
1:30pm After second leg is complete all competitors are requested to assemble at social venue
Lunch will be served & followed by prizegiving & Protea team announcement

  • At arrival, first report to admin area for registration before unpacking
  • Please use designated area for equipment storage
  • Only shooter, rifle, pellets & shooting matte allowed at sight-in range firing line

Outeniqua Airgun Club – League – 8 October 2022

On Saturday 8 October 2022 at George Sport Shooting Club, Outeniqua Airgun Club will be hosting a league shoot.

All welcome to join & have some fun.

Anyone who would like to try out the sport is more than welcome to attend and shoot, there will be plenty of help and advice on the day.

Before you may go to sight in, you have to sign in at the kiosk.
